Shipping & Returns
Clear answers for processing times, shipping, returns,
and the occasional mail-route side quest.
Orders are typically prepared and handed off for shipping within 3–7 business days.
During busier seasons, processing may take a little longer, but your order will still be handled as quickly and carefully as possible.
Sticker orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order, especially apartment numbers, unit numbers, and auto-filled addresses.
Once your order has shipped, delivery timing depends on the shipping carrier and destination.
If tracking is included with your shipping method, you’ll receive tracking information once your order is on its way.
Please allow a little time for tracking updates to appear after the label is created. Sometimes the system needs a moment to catch up, which feels emotionally familiar.
If your order seems delayed, please allow a few extra business days for the carrier to update or deliver it. Mail can occasionally take scenic routes.
If your order appears lost or hasn’t arrived after a reasonable amount of time, reach out through the contact form with your order number, and I’ll help look into it.
Because stickers are small printed goods, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted unless there is an issue with the order.
Please contact me if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item. I’ll do my best to make it right.
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
This helps me review the situation quickly and find the best next step.
If you need to cancel an order, please reach out as soon as possible.
If the order has not entered processing or shipped yet, I’ll do my best to help. Once an order has shipped, it can’t be canceled.
Orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
If you notice an address mistake after ordering, contact me right away. If the order has not shipped yet, I may be able to update it.
If something looks off, confusing, delayed, or mildly cursed, send a message with your order number and I’ll help from there.
