Are the stickers waterproof?

The stickers are matte vinyl and designed for everyday use on clean, dry surfaces like laptops, notebooks, journals, planners, water bottles, and similar items.

For items that get wet or washed, hand washing is recommended to help the sticker last longer.

Where can I put the stickers?

Stickers work best on smooth, clean, dry surfaces.

Good places include laptops, notebooks, journals, planners, water bottles, phone cases, and desk items currently witnessing the situation.

How big are the stickers?

Most stickers are approximately 3 inches on the longest side.

Exact sizing may vary slightly by design, but each product page includes the best available size information.

How should I apply my sticker?

Apply stickers to a clean, dry surface. For best results, wipe the surface first and let it fully dry before applying.

Once placed, press firmly across the sticker so the edges adhere smoothly.

Can I remove or reposition a sticker?

Stickers are best treated as a one-time placement item. Some surfaces may allow gentle removal, but repositioning can weaken the adhesive or affect the sticker edge.

Choose the final resting place with the seriousness of a side quest decision.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically prepared and handed off for shipping within 3–7 business days.

Once shipped, delivery timing depends on the carrier and destination.

Will I get tracking?

If tracking is included with your shipping method, tracking information will be provided once your order is on its way.

Tracking may take a little time to update after the label is created. The system occasionally needs to process its feelings.

My address is wrong. What should I do?

Contact me right away if you notice an address mistake.

If the order has not shipped yet, I may be able to update it. Orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because stickers are small printed goods, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted unless there is an issue with the order.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact me within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a short description of the issue, and a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item.

That helps me review the situation and figure out the best next step.

Can I cancel an order?

If you need to cancel, reach out as soon as possible.

If the order has not entered processing or shipped yet, I’ll do my best to help. Once an order has shipped, it can’t be canceled.

What do you sell?

Not Broken. Just Custom. sells stickers for neurodivergent brains, emotional side quests, executive dysfunction, overwhelm, low energy, and functioning approximately.

Most designs are quiet, funny, a little too specific, and made for people still figuring it out.

Are these stickers only for ADHD or neurodivergent people?

No. A lot of the designs are neurodivergent-coded, ADHD-friendly, or executive-dysfunction-adjacent, but they are also for anyone who relates to the feeling.

If the sticker found you at the right time, that counts.

Do you take custom requests?

Custom requests may be available occasionally, depending on capacity and the type of request.

If you have an idea that fits the Not Broken. Just Custom. world, feel free to reach out. Side quests are welcome, but capacity may vary.

What does “Not Broken. Just Custom.” mean?

It means different does not mean defective.

This shop is built around the idea that brains, systems, routines, emotions, and coping mechanisms do not have to look standard to be valid.
